An important part of the first meeting is to explore all of the issues and understand any underlying
problems you may have.
The first meeting is followed up by a letter setting out our understanding of the objectives of your
business and the steps we would take to help to increase it.
We ensure that the recommendations we make are practical and suitable. The technically most advanced or
complex solution may not necessarily be the most appropriate.
We do not undertake projects unless we are confident of completing them successfully. We never make
recommendations that we are not prepared to implement ourselves. Indeed, we welcome the opportunity to
implement our recommendations.
